Principal Consultant- Jessica Bryan

Jessica Bryan is the Principal Consultant and Founder of The Housing Desk Co., bringing over a decade of experience in public sector housing, compliance, and systems strategy. A former HUD official and seasoned leader in Section 8, CoC, ESG, CDBG, and NYS Supportive Housing programs, Jessica oversaw $12 million in housing funds across 11 agencies in Erie County and later helped guide the strategic deployment of over $50 million in federal funding during her tenure at HUD. She is recognized for her ability to translate complex HUD regulations into clear, actionable systems that drive performance and community impact. With deep expertise in program development, file audits, rent calculation training, and federal reporting systems like IDIS and SAGE, Jessica partners with agencies and nonprofits to ensure compliance, improve outcomes, and strengthen service delivery to communities.
